James B. Bailey was the General Manager and Treasurer of the Central Iron and Steel Company in Harrisburg, Pa., and the President of Pine Forge Iron Works in Pine Forge, Berks County, Pa., from 1902 to 1912. He was born in Pottstown, Pa., on July 5th, 1869, the third son of Charles Lukens Bailey, a prominent iron nail manufacturer and Harrisburg banker.
